Meat Free Monday: Sushi

In Brazil, all-you-can-eat upscale sushi places are very common, and people often love them. Which makes it a bit hard if you are avoiding fish. For a long time I used to only order Mushroom Teppan, but nowadays several sushi places offer a vegetarian sushi platter.

Vegetarian sushi contains japanese rice and seaweed, which is all types of good for you. Instead of the usual fish, the vegetarian version offers chopped and sliced vegetables and fruit. It's great for vegetarians and people who eat meat, but don't do fish.

My favorite one is a toss between the pineapple and the kiwi ones. Delicious!
